flea market styleJust bought my first issue of Flea Market Style and I love it! It’s a little more expensive than a typical magazine but packed with loads of vintage ideas! I found lots of inspiration regarding repurposing cool vintage items! Editor-In-Chief Ki Nassauer and her team created a brilliant issue that is heavy on the ideas and flea market tips and light on advertisements! What a great read and definitely a keeper! Some of my favorites from the Fall 2014 issue included:

Repurposing vintage board games as wall art and pedestal servers or organizers. Very cool for your bar or game room!

Using vintage wooden vices to create wall art holding precious tokens, curios, artwork and memorabilia. Cute for an office or boys room!

Reusing vintage greeting cards and creating small gift boxes. So cute and clever!

Incorporating a vintage record player/console into a headboard. Looks like it offers some storage as well!

And loved the vintage metal mesh handbags!

I searched this magazine high and low for a subscription form, but it looks like this is a publication that can only be purchased on newsstands (I bought mine at Wal-Mart) or online here, on a bi-annual basis. They also have a Flea Market Style Weddings issue and there are back issues from 2013 still available online here.
